You need to overwrite your pes6.exe file located in your PES6 installation folder with the new one. It's hexedited in order to change the chants slots.

Where do I find such patches for PES6 for PS2? And how do I install them?

I am playing with Juventus, but I am tired of not hearing any autentic chants from the Curva Sud...

I d/ld tommsen's chants the other night Chant pack 2 and update version 3, if I use the exe file with this pack will it rewrite these chant slots too?

I had to manually rewrite sound files for celtic chants as the one in the pack were from 285-289 to 185-189 the ones on the 0-sound map tommsen posted with the chant pack. Will this exe move celtic's slot from the ones in the map that tommsen posted.

This patch is not compatible with Tommsen one and it is fully functional with the basic game.
Even the 2.0 patch will be organized in that way (almost at its first relaease - it will depend on requests).
It will include new, re-edited and "cleared" chants for almost any Serie A team.
Status progress 55%.

Saltor, I see you say you altered the slots for some teams , did that mean you just moved them or can you allocate slots to teams and if so how do you do it..

for example one slot in the o-sound file is for Classic Holland , could I change that to another team and put that other teams chants into that slot.

Yes, it's possible.
You need to hexedit (using an hexeditor) the pes6.exe file.

never done anything like that before , wouldn't know where to start..

Had a look at a copy of a pes6.exe file and when I opened it up with a hexeditor, lost .! for example changing teams slots and allocating them to another team? 265-269: classic england how are you supposed to know where that is in the lines of the exe .. I mean its not as if the hex lines are numbered the same as the team slots..

think I'll leave it to you experts
