It Is Possible To Change An Anthem???

First I searched on various topics, and I have not found so I think this issue here. My question is the title. It is possible to change an anthem by another specific? Anyone know how to modify an anthem?

Here's a better idea:

DISABLE_NIS_PLAYBACK = 1
MIN_TICKS_FOR_REACTION_CAMERA_CUT = 0
ENABLE_CHOREOGRAPHIES_CAMERA = 0

Add those lines to your cl; they disable all pre-game intros, and game replays and cut scenes. Then you don't have to worry about changing anthems, etc. And nobody here has been able to crack any of the sound file questions that pop up from time to time. I was able to find a way to switch players' commentary names but that's all I've seen here. Someone a while back did brag that they can change and edit the various sound files (someone named Carlos*squat or something). But when I asked him to outline how, he conveniently disappeared and never replied. So that about tells you all you need to know.
