issue with Kit Tool

I just downloaded Kit tool. I can't get Kit tool to run because of an issue with "PicFormat32.ocx or one of its dependencies not correctly registered:a file is missing or invalid"

Anybody have a working version of PicFormat?

search the missing dll & ocx files & download them.

then register them like this

Run, CMD, & type whats below & leave out the < >

regsvr32 <path & filename of dll or ocx>

I tried that one. Sadly, they didn't have that file.
