ISS2 on the Xbox

OK I have just bought ISS2 for the Xbox and I love it. I think this is the best football I have ever played. I haven't really played PES properly though, I found it realistic, but it was tedious and the presentation was lacking a bit. Don't get me wrong PES was a great game (for the whole hour I had to play it), but I didn't find it that fun.

FIFA, now that is fun for 2 seconds. So that's not even in the same class as ISS and PES.

Now ISS2 may not be a true sim like PES, but its alot more fun. It has some fantastic presentation and I think overall is on par with PES.

I just want to get some other thoughts from people WHO OWN THE GAME ON THE XBOX.

I had this game it's terrible and shouldn't be compared to PES, PES is a hundred times better than ISS2.

I exchanched it, it's such a bad game!

You can't pass comment on how fun PES is until you've played 2-player co-op master league for 12 hours straight. Well, WE6, but you know what i mean...

I dont think so either(as i said before); PES may not be fun for some people at first(it was to me:) ), but the more u play the better u get and u start to do things u thought weren't even possible!
And the game turns funnier and much more rewarding!

Man this place has changed in the last few months, people were actually allowed to have an opinion. God forbid disliking PES.

Face the fact fellas someone doesn't think that PES isn't that fun, I don't care what you say it's just my opinion.

But what choice do I have? Why would I buy an inferior console just for one game? ISS2 is the only decent football game on the Xbox at the moment and I think it is rather fun, may not be a true simulation but is really fun.

I honestly don't think that most people that have replied actually OWN the game.

You'll think I am a fickle old fool, seeing as I have been around for ions but for those newbies, you don't want to get on my bad side :D

You're not alone here mate, I want a simulation game and nothing else, I want PES on the xbox (which thanks to your research looks like it could be heading to us happy xbox owners! :D) as it's SO realistic, I am going for the realness of the sport, not the fun and ISS 2 seems to be a higher scoing game that does offer a lot of fun and AT times better then PES for fun, so I am 50/50 with this argument.

I argue that PES is fun most of the time AND the most realistic, but it can get annoying for beginners (you have to try so hard to simply be able to pass the ball around the field! ), where as ISS 2 IS realistic (no way near as much as PES), but is easy to pick up and play...good and at times is better then PES for the fun factor.

Man, glad I got that off my chest! ;)

So, you're not a one man army here, and you do know that there's more FIFA fans then PES, right?

THE WORLD IS A TWISTED PLACE!!

OK this is the best way to decide things using this simple method:

PES= Most realistic but not very fun for beginners, is great once you get into it, looks good but could be better.

ISS2= Realistic (not as much as PES), easy to pick up and play (not as in depth as PES though), best looking football sim IMO (guess it is on the Xbox though).

FIFA= Not realistic, can be in small doses. Looks good, but still quite flashy and not enough realism. Easy to play, boring after a while.

easy to pick up and play i agree ,but the fun will only last a couple weeks coz its to easy. so if im shelling out forty odd quid for a game thats gonna last me a few weeks id be a bit peed off.now iss2 may be the best footie game on the x box,but not on ps2.

Well you could be worse off and get any FIFA game

Anyway looks like PES is set for the Xbox anyway, looks like the Xbox will get another one of the PS2's jewels, first MGS now this.
