Don't ruin your image of Konami with this crap game. Its nothing like WE6 or PES2.

ISS 2 or jikkyo world soccer for pc as it was called last year for pc really blowed, cannot even compare to winning eleven 2002 on psxone, I havent tried pes2 yet but the fluid game play and camera angle in winning 2002 rocks:) playing it also with epsxe resolution 1100*800 ? something its quite good!

on top of that using a patch which removes all national teams and replaces em with updated serie A + B. played it alot the last year definatly recommended.

The release for PC is confirmed, but there's pretty much nothing more than that. Even the release date is not very probable.

Anything is better than FIFA!

Of course it will be 10x better than FIFA 2003. However bad ISS3 may be (and I think this is only a judgement in comparison to WE6/PES2) the control over your players will be far superior to what EA offer. Don't ever, ever waste your money on that pile of crap known as FIFA 2003. It's an editing game, not a playing one.
