Definite NO!
TITO.......... I spoke to Konami USA Technical support +customer support yesterday and complained about this exact subject...the fact they had released 3 News Items that "World Soccer Winning Eleven 9" was out for the PS2,Xbox ,PSP & PC-DVD-ROM.

They apologised and said that even though that had released NEWS to that effect, infact the release date for the PC version would NOT be until Spring 2006, in other words 04/04/2006.

The correct release date is 04/04/2006 for PC DVD-ROM version of WE 9.

I too have the Asian version... it is great, it aslo has improvements and so will WE9 US addition have even more tweaks and general improvements..................Its Great ain't it :lui:

It's the same thing as the supposedly came out "Winning Eleven 9 PC with John Terry Cover for USA" lol.... i tried both the Xbox "John Terry" version in my friend's xbox and i compare it with the "Asian" PC version... it's the same thing.... :kader:

That was not the original question ILLUTION, The question was Is World Soccer Winning Eleven 9 PC DVD-ROM US out or not and the friggin answer is NO not until 04/04/2006......GOT IT!!!.GOOD :rolleyes:

Not sure about whether you can play in the US lobby's. In the game there is Just one lobby with WE as its Lobby name unlike PES 5 with which you can play against many different European Lobby's. :)


It took 3 days from Singapore to UK, Similar time for USA.

Warning!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have already e-mailed both of these sites , and the picture of the game on the site is NOT the version you would be getting....The copy you get from both these sites is the ASIAN version ..NOT the US version with John Terry on the box art...
I repeat.. If you order from these ASIAN sites you get the ASIAN version...
NOT the US version. I know this for a fact. :jambo:
But the ASIAN version is updated compared to PES5, as I have already said in this thread:-
