Hello fifa fans

Every year when it's time to install the new fifa I always review the fifa's last year
replays...
Look what I've found when I was viewing one of these replays from fifa 06.
How can this thing happen?
I hope fifa 07 will be better... much better...

I have seen this in some games I have played. The ball
crosses the line but its not a goal. A bug? Maybe

I mean EA doesnt even have the offside rule right. I don't think
you are offside if the ball comes off a defender to a player not involved in the play that was disrupted by said defender. This happens frequently enough.

yeah if you look closeley you'll see that the touchlines about half a yard behind the actual line. throw ins as well...

It depends on what the defending player's involvement was. If the ball simply hits them, or if a goalie parries a shot, then that does not affect the offside decision. If they kick at the ball and don't make clean contact then that probably would negate the offside. Both FIFA 06 and FIFA 07 do get it wrong occasionally (presumably deliberately to simulate real world officials) but the rebounds and ricochets are actually fair enough according to the rules of the game.

100% correct in case anyone doubted him.
