a little tool can almost make a fullversion out of a "little" demo!!! so why has konami put all the flags, kits, players and its outfit plus their faces for EVERY team in the demo??
the original demo has only 4 teams avaible!!not 126 !!!

and why did they import also the gameoptions and weathereffects into the demo, when they disabled the option to use it?? this doesnt make sense, but i cant complain over it ... :rockman:

I guess they didn't want to spend time trashing code to make a demo and thought it be quicker just to disable stuff....

I guess it can be put down to Konami's inexperiance in releasing PC games (and demos). Any experianced company would totally rip out everything that wasn't needed in the demo to recude size and cracking potential.

i think gobby has a point i dont think konami meant for whats happened, but to a degree its good because a lot of people have now spent a lot of time working on PES3 PC, and now when it comes out proper they will already have much knowledge and tools to enable us to edit change everything to how we like it because they had additional time to "play" around with the demo, so it might be a good thing for the community and "3rd" party (i use the term loosely as people on here arent really 3rd party, just next men progarmmers) so a nice underground sourounding the game could bolster its strength

All the tools needed have already been done by the PS2 people for PES3/WE7 for that console. So I think its a moot point, plus a lot of the patches for the PS2 PES3 that are already ou will probably work with very little tweaks for the PC version

I don't know about that....day after fifa2004 demo was released we had a time expander for it.

time is a setting....not raw data. Changing the time requires a few bytes of code difference.
The fact is pes3 demo came with all the data of all the teams of the full game, with all the kits, all the faces, etc. That is a lot of 'useless' data that should be ripped in a demo.
