Is there way to edit players ratings?

I have one question, so if someone here can help me I would be very grateful ... I want to edit the player ratings, for example I want to raise Messi some ratings that he can be better, but I can not do that,I can only decrease his ratings but not increase.... which is very annoying,how can we reduce but we can't increase? that is the biggest nonsense .... so if someone knows a way or tool to enhance and edit the player ratings, I will be very grateful.

at the moment DBM 11 does the job, available here:
http://www.fifa-master.com/downloads/section/5-fifa-11
although a more user friendly editor, like CM10 is in the making.
before you attempt any editing, back up data0.big and data0.bh

once you have installed DBM11
click file/extract from big/main database
then click file again open DB
click fifa_ng_db-meta.xml (found in easports/fifa11/game/data/db) which DBM11 has created.
then click fifa_ng_db.db
this is what you should see:

if you have squads file in mydocs/fifa11, remove it
if you haven`t used a similar program before, you may be better waiting for the full editor as it`s not that easy to find what your trying to edit.

mick-s...i tried to edit messi overall razing from 90 to 99,and then i enter the game and nothing..he still have 90 overall rating...how's that so?

you have to save.,....
and dont forget to delete your squad file from 'my documents'

i got it now...you cant edit overall rating...but other ratings you can.

is that where your Fifa11 is installed ?

I would expect it to be something like this
CProgram Files\EA SPORTS\FIFA 11\Game\data0.big

to put 4 clubs in a group for european league...not 5 clubs...and to put home away game..

If you can`t do that in game, I doubt it`s possible to edit with DBM11,although not 100% sure about that, maybe with HEX editor it`s possible.
There is is some reference about tournaments/leagues in the DB but I have no idea what the values mean.

I am asking this because i myself am interested in making some money off FIFA skills.

He claims to be updating the site daily so we'll see i guess.
