Is there some external editor do modify FIFA generic faces?

I need to modify some faces in my FIFA 06, no especial faces only generic faces, things like change a type of hair, skin and other simple things.
So my question is: Is there some external editor do modify FIFA generic faces?
If exists, where can I take it?

You could do that in creation centre for Fifa2005 so let's hope Chau Lee makes one this year also.
