Is there going to be any classic teams?

I remember on World Cup 98, Euro 2000 and FIFA 2000 they had some old teams on those games like France in 1984, Brazil 1970 and Italy 1982 for instance. Will there be anything like that on FIFA 2006?

No, cause it's hard to get a license for them. Many teams are too distant in the past to track down and obtain their permission to have them used in game.

Well they could have them but maybe not with real names, look at Madden 2005 they have classic teams and the teams that I saw on there didnt have real names, so yes maybe they could add them but they need to research the players to atleast get there rating skills right and just have us the consumers be able to change there names etc..

Well I think they want things to be licensed rather than unlicensed, but really I don't see why. Because aparently the consumers don't care because if they give us a good player editer then all that would be ok. All I can say is that Madden has it so why not Fifa?

Yep, as they have small stadiums. Big stadiums means lots of memory being used for the crowd, meaning the details cannot be as high as they would be in small stadiums.
