Is there anyway I can transfer faces from Fifa World Cup 2002 for Fifa 2002?

I was wondering if there was a program or a way I could transfer faces from WC 2002 to Fifa 2002 because I want to put the Ronaldo hair, Beckham, Umit Davala, Rustu, Ferdinand, Nuno Gomes etc. So if there is anyway and if someone know please tell me thanks.
