Is there a World Cup Patch for PES5 the PS2 version?

I've been off the scene for quite some time, so I just wonder if there has been created a patch that I can apply to my PS2 version PES5 to get all the World Cup teams and accurate squads?

I really don't think there is, your best bet would be to try to edit the teams and formations, although it takes a s***load of time
