Is there a way to make the keepers charge your players on quick 1-on-1 counters?

Well it's starting to really piss me off now. Whenever I get a counter and I sprint into the box it's a goal 9 times out of 10, since the CPU keeper never charges me down and just sits on his line like a complete idiot watching me putting the ball past him into the net by the near post. These kind of goals are absolutely unrealistic, no goalie would act that stupid. Now this is what I found in the ai.ini:

These are not the original parameters as I have changed them drastically and while the keepers definitely are more aggressive, they still don't come out on counters.

Which brings me to the question: which values should I change to get a noticeable effect? Is there a way to solve this?

Thanks for the suggestion, but it seems like it's impossible to fully solve this issue. Changing these values seems to have an effect on 11 - 1 training mode, when you're 1 on 1 and no defenders around the keepers seem to know what to do. However in real match action, the CPU seems to think that the defenders, who are actually completely played out and are far behind you can cover for the keeper thus making him stay on the line and acting like a dumbass. Nothing seems to change this tendency, I'm afraid.

But still, a question: what are these lines supposed to do?
