Is There A Way To Change Players Retiring Age?

Héllo guys,

Well everything is in the title, is there a way to change Fifa 13's retiring age? since its pretty fucked up, a real shame to see good players retire at 30, 31 or 32...

Besides, the player's un-natural and unrealistic decrease is a damn shame, old players decrease 10+ points a season, it's weird to see Pirlo with 80 vision and 78 long passing...such qualities dont go away with time, physical/movement stats can decrease, but not the technical ones i guess...
