Is there a kitserver for PES2008

For the last two games I've seen a kitserver that you need to have installed before you can install kits and stuff. For 08 I'm not finding one. Can you just download kits this year w/o a kitserver?

There is a kitserver but it cannot add kits yet.

You can always download kits but you have to import them using Game Graphic Studio or AfsExplorer.
