Well he is in the French Nat. team but he is not in Chelsea's roster? Anyway I can make him play for Chelsea again?

Desailly no longer plays for Chelsea. he is playing Qatar now.

But yes so long as a player is not playing for a club team, you can just transfer the national player to a club side, as far as i know.

Yes he is in the game...after 4 seasons he was available...i found him under advanced search...he is pretty crappy to be honest!
