Anyway, i did know a few twins at college, and they claimed to be able to at certain times, but its probably just similar genetics that produce similar... feelings at the same time?

I read recently there was this school exam and two (three?) people answered exactly the same. The authorities obviously got suspicious and checked who they were. They were twins/triplets. No action was taken after that.
