is it illegal to... use Fifa05 to simulate matches for a Fantasy Soccer Competition.

I (and a friend) want to make a Fantasy Soccer Competition for people to play online. We want to show videos (for download) to the members of this competition but are not sure if it would breaking any copyright laws because we are using Fifa05 in this way. We can't find much on the subject.

Does anyone know if its illegal???
