Is ISS coming out on PC?

Hey I heard of a Winning Eleven (or World Soccer???) that was supposed to have come out on May 16th. There's a site and all, that says its for the PC, but its all in japanese and i dont have ANY idea about where to buy the game or if a US/Europe version will be released.

No, ISS and PES are not going to be made available for the PC. Many people have asked KCET (the developer) to develop a similar PC game, but so far, there are no news of one coming out anytime soon.

Is PES, or even PES 2 when it appears here at the end of the year, going to be released on Xbox does anyone know?
