ipswich home kit old and old sponsers :(

i bought the game today and straight away played as ipswich only to find that the sponsers are from last year ( txu energi) and the home kits also hasnt been updated! has anyone else noticed this with any other teams?????
also does anyone know if the kits u unlock in hall of kits might be the new updated kit?
and how to unlock them?
