Intro Movie problem

Hi,
I've just installed FIFA, and although the FPS are a bit low, it all runs fine.

However, when I try to watch the intro movie I get a CTD. Everytime! It happens after about 2-3secs, so if I press Esc quickly, it goes to the game and it is fine.

Anybody else had this problem? Does anybody know how to fix it (I can't find the intro movie file, so I don't know if there's a file I can copy off the CD)
