Thats the thing laddy they do! Look for Tim Cahill, hes retired and hes like 21 and hes retired from international football.
Players do retire its just that if theyre not in your squad its not annouced. There are loads that have retired Sherear is another

i had vieira until he was 36 and he still played for france.
zidane was 39 once and never retired from international.

Thats pretty hard, like I said its quite rare ause usually they either just retire or stop getting picked.
Its hard because it is difficult to track something like that.

Heres the story on Tim Cahill.

When he was 18 or so, he played for Samoa in an U20 tournament therefore forcing him to retire from any future international career with Australia. (He cant play fo' Samoa, either) But there is a chance of a change of rules which Frank Farina is backing so he can add one more talent mid into his wonderful aussie squad.

Singapore on the other hand plays players that have not been played by their country of birth and make them Singaporean so that they can represent Singapore.

We currently have 2 strikers who are 30 past(1 former Brazilian and a Yugoslav) and a younger English Defender.

This is something I dun welcome cause this will stop even more Singaporeans from going into the sport.With the foreigners playing for the national team,I can't feel the pride that this small nation once had...

Players do not retire from international football in CM. They are already retired in it, or dont at all. Its a known issue in the game.

I hope its fixed in the next installment of CM, and i also hope that international manager can try and talk players out of retirement :)

I thought that they did, sorry, my bad.
It would be better if they retired from internationalon the new one that would be better, although it may leave you without your best player! :confused:
