Ok look, I admit the designs look very similar between each other, so there is no point in comparing them in multiple layers because they will look very alike. When I wanted to make the design I first made a part of it for FIFA 07 (the back). When I wanted to make the front I figured it would be easier to first make it for 08. Now, I did some searching. I looked for pics, and I looked at other kitmaker’s versions to see how they did it…Pkbomb had the most complete features out of all the pics I had. So…for 3+ hours I stayed making the lines, comparing it to Pk’s, etc…I wanted mine to be like his as much as possible since his was the best. I was so determined that I tired making every curve, thickness, etc like his. The fact that I managed to make it look so similar should be a compliment, no? :amika:

Now I’ll say this one more time: I hate cheaters and people who copy. People like mogolos can support me on that. I have never copied someone else’s work nor ever will. If you believe me fine. If you don’t fine. If this really turns out into a big deal then I won’t release to the public anything with this template anymore. However I think this issue is pointless because I have not copied his work. And if he (and everyone else who think I copied) was so sure of himself why did he accuse me now and not earlier, when I first released the very first kit with this design?

And for those who believe I copied then great for you guys…don’t use my work then. No one forces you to use my kits.

Yes, the designs look very alike, BUT I DID NOT COPY HIS WORK. That is all I have to say. Please let’s end this issue and let’s all move on.

You've got my support, mate.

The Adidas kits are very basic i.e. three stripes on the arms etc. I think Inter is big enough to admit he used pk's kit as a guide, but as he states, didn't just trace over it. I've got to say I've used some kitmaker's work as I guide, but it's never been to gain advantage or swindle anyone. It's been more of a 'how did he do that?'. How many of us use someone's template without creating our own? Is that cheating? Please don't start a fight or a war guys, we're all in this together and it's a small community, let's not draw battle lines, let's sort this out sensibly.

Look, kids, there's no doubt about Interista... and there are 82 pages of quality behind us that say the same thing. As Ashley says, Adidas kits are very alike and it's ok to help yourself with a guide. But he's a HUGE GREAT kitmaker to steal anybody's work. I know he prefers to spend the whole day in just one, to spend like 15 mins copying it. And also... he's just a GREAT kitmaker and a great person that he never needs to steal anybody, isn't just necesary for him, isn't his stuff. Respect to Pkbomb but, I think you've made a mistake sir. We are strongly against copying stuff. That's simply not all right. Ppl in forums post their stuff made with their own creativity and it's a better feeling when you make the stuff, sometimes ugly when you're beggining but feels really great when is yours. Interista feels really great when we comment, because just him know how hard was for him to make the stuff. So, end of the point, Interista, you're free to go, my friend, and let me tell you I love the EPL minis, are stunning pal. I'll try to have soon more english goodies.

i just found that that sam will have drastrically reduced time to make kit/mini kits. and this is going to slow the NASL project down greatly.

so i was wondering if you would be interested in making some minis for the project?.

i will not repeat it im not angry im saying this in a very good mood i want to think it is a mistake but both kits look very a like it is imposible that every part of the design look so similar there are too much positions and too much curves its a very impresive coincidence that your lines and my lines were that close just compare the kits open them in two windows and change from one to another fast you will se a minor diference

Ashman23: Thanks a lot for believing me…You are right, I never traced over his work, when I wanted to make the design I looked at all the other kitmakers’ versions to see how they planned them out…everyone does that in order to get an idea of where to start. And I agree we are all a small community and this issue is pointless to continue on with.

Samueljuarez: Thanks a lot for your post my friend, you have really portrayed how I feel. I take a lot of pride in my work because like you said…I spend a grand deal of time on each. And I can prove I have not copied it because it took me 3 hours to make it!! That is why I am proud of it. If I would simply have traced it then why would it have taken 3 hours for a 15 minute job???

Now when I look at those 2 kits you posted I noticed a few things: Your yellow front lines are wider than mine and my lines are thicker. They are smoother while mine are a little bit jagged. Your holes on the side seem smaller and farther apart and mine are bigger, and closer together. Your lines on the back and sleeves seem smoother than mine…and mine are bulkier a bit and also thicker and also a bit wider placed.

Now think about this: Yes, the designs look similar because I spent 3 hours designing mine…3 hours…and I tried to make them as close as possible to yours. Now, if I had traced your design, the lines would have been EXACTLY like yours….and they are not.

Btw, if you are so sure that I copied your design, how come you didn’t accuse me when I first released kits with this design? Why now?

I will say this one final time mates: If you think I didn’t copy (and believe the truth) great. If you think I copied, great. I know the truth because I made it. That design was one of the longest designs I made and I am proud of it. I am against copying other people’s work, so why would I do it then? If you think I copied it then please, do not use my kits, no one forces you to use them anyway. Now please, we are blowing this issue out of proportion. I ask that we all move on and focus on kitmaking. Like Ashman and Samueljuarez said, we are all a community that takes pride in our kits…we all work for the same cause. Let’s keep it that way.

I agree with you for 100%. Although I also understand PKBomb's point. But you made a statement and for me this case is done. You said you kind of used his kit but didnt copy it. IF you say that then I believe you 100%, it's his word against yours and that will not be changed. And we all know you're a great kitmaker, so we know you can make designs etc.

Every year I must hear the same old song about some smart kitmakers/glovemakers/fontmakers/ballmakers ballbreakers who shout they've been "stealed" of their genius. What sort of genius are you talking about?
Did you CREATE the Adidas', Nike's, Lotto's, Umbro's designs for kits, fonts, gloves or balls? Are you paying the real creators of these brands the rights to use THEIR design in your own kits?
Let's be honest: the answer to these question is NO! 1000000 ******* NO!!
So what are you babbling about? If you're going to publish something, when people like it in numbers, well, what you made is no more only yours but has become of public domain! Then anybody can "copy" (I wonder if anyone of you could demonstrate two pics are equal in every pixel, because THAT'S A COPY!) or simply inspire to what you made and, maybe, create something similar but better. That's the way human genius has been working in all the human History, and that's how it's going to be, if you don't want to quarrel about free thinking and acting. If great inventors would behave like you, humanity would be still at the stone age!!
So, If nobody of you's paying the rights to the big brands creators (and, I believe, NOBODY DOES) please stop accusing anybody else of copying, you hypocrites!

interista as i said before im not angry with you i was just disapointed coz you have lot of talent i do not wanted to think that you copied my work so i will give you the benefit of doubt and i didnt said your design was a 100% copy of mine maybe youre right you used mine as inspiration only and you got a very similar design as mine ok lets move forward and stop this pointless fight i feel honored when you said you used mine as inspiration coz it was the most accurate and i like your work you have lot of potential keep it up keep making kits i know you understand my point and understand why i told you this

You have a point that like I said, we are blowing this issue way out of proportion…and you are right, once we publish something to the public we must face the copiers, cheaters etc. While I agree with your post I also disagree with it: Just because people fight over these things which may seem pointless, we must not forget about human values. Yes, this is only a game, but that does not mean we can simply forget about every human value. And please, if you have a problem with PK talk to him somewhere else, not here. This kit thread has had enough problems! (btw, I’ve almost finished Serie B minis!

Pkbomb: Mate, I thank you for believing me..and I’m sorry for this entire ordeal. Please do not think I am lying, I have not traced over your design, that is the truth. Like I said, I used your design as inspiration because your design had all the features the pics had too, so I wanted to see how you planned them out on the kit. I do understand your point because I too have experienced this. And I have a great deal of respect for you because I consider you to be the best kitmaker here…I hope we can put this whole ordeal behind us and forget about it.
