Hello mates!

I think I can finally say with some certainty that my PC is actually working nicely now, so yay! :bouncy:

IMO, I had this this spyware/virus thing which affected the Windows32.exe. Although my antivirus detected it, a part of it cannot be removed by any means...so...what did I do?

I reformated my hard drive! :D At least now, I know the virus doesn't exist anymore! However, I BETTER not get it again...

Now about the kits....

In reformatting my PC, I managed to save about 90% of my 08 kits, however all my 07 ones got destroyed...no getting them back I'm afraid...I also lost my Photoshop programs (but I still have 5.5 on another PC)....

So hopefully, I can start making kits regualry again...

This experience has made me very hesitant on downloading stuff...mainly because you have no way of knowing what other 'goodies' may come with your download...

That said, can anyone please SECURELY UPLOAD O-edit? I need it if you want me to start making kits again guys...

So....comments? Anyone happy that I'm coming back?

I'm happy to see you back bro,i have big problems with my pc too,and my pc doesn't work,next week i will have a new pc..... keep making kits bro you improve with each kit made. ;)

Good news guys! While looking through my old computer (the one that had 5.5), I noticed that it had 6.0 too! (I have no idea how I didn't notice it before)...but anyway...6.0 is an improvement over 5.5! :D

Great to hear you have 6.0 ,without knowing, LOL.

Spyware's a biatch. Have you got a firewall like zonealarm, AVG Anti-spyware, Ad-aware and spybot. All 4 do a great job combined. Not totally spyware tight, but pretty good.

Ashman: Tell me about it (LOL)! I'm going to get Ad-Aware. Right now I have this kick@ss antivirus program called Kaspersky Anti-virus ($60). I think it’s pretty good! (look up Kasperky on wikipedia if you want to know more…). However there also was a version which also had a built-in firewall and it cost $70. I would’ve bought that version but they didn’t have it at the store, and I found out about it after I bought the Anti-virus. That said, I tried installing Zone Alarm but it had conflicts with Kaspersky. I then tried this firewall wich seemed VERY VERY good called Commodo…and that is also incompatible with Kaspersky. So…I only have Windows Firewall turned on…do you know any other firewalls?

Martins ’91: Great to hear from you again mate! Heh, yeah, I was EXTREMELY p!ssed off when I saw the group…the bad luck we, Holland, Italy, and France had was unbelieveable…but I think Romania can go through! :D :p

Interista i have a remarq to u; concerning u Kaspersky antiV mode. Indeed this programm is one of the best on the market against malware. (the most important thing in antiv. program is the frequency of updates he will give to u; a frequency of one update a hour is very well cus of course viruses are always changing.) but there's a strong Firewall in the antiv. programm who's going to secure & taking care the traffic(in & out) of your pc engine. so u don't have needed the windows firewall(poor) turned on or other firewall.

Andrehino: Yeah that is true, but that feature alone isn’t as powerful as a firewall…The updates kind of p!ss me off because there’s a new update almost every hour….but hey, unfortunately 1000s of new viruses are created every hour too…
