Can I interchange the KONAMI-WIN32WE7UOPT file?

I assume that is the file that keeps all my teams and rosters. If I want to play with Wolf's patch one day, and then the MLS patch the next, can I just switch the KONAMI-WIN32WE7UOPT file?

What would happen to my kits? What about saved games?

nothing will happen with ur kits, nothing with replays, ML saves, Cup saves and League saves

you'll lost your Cups won in gallery and PES points (but you can bring them babk easy with option file editor or some cash progs)

if you want to play them both you have to paste this which you actually want to play
