Installation problem

Hallo! I am new in the forum. My problem is the following: I put the Disk 1 inside, the installation begins and at the half of installation (54%) it stops. Normally it should ask to put then Disk 2 to continue the installation but no message appears. Every friend of mine say that normally at 54% there should appear something like "Insert CD 2 to continue the installation and press OK" or something like that. But nothing appears and the percentage stays at 54%. I have tried the installation in two different computers and the problem remains.

Is this a retail version? Did you buy it locally? I would return it and get a new one. If it is not a retail version, I won't ask where you got it, try using Daemon Tools to mount the two images of the discs and then install it.

u have deamon tools installed??

unmount any drives or uninstall it and it will work


if u dont have deamon tools, than i dont know

If you've been installing the game using the procedures listed in your manual and are encountering this issue, you may have gotten some bad media (it happens sometimes). What you'll probably want to do in that case is contact the warranty group closest to your geographic location (listed in the manual) and they will exchange your copy for a brand new copy of the game which should install without trouble.

if he has deamon tools installed, that wont make any difference
