Injuries

Pathetic, way too often, to big players in particular and too serious most of the time. All 4 of my new signings injured seriously in the first 2 games of the season, including 2 other first team players.

Could it be your training schedule? If that has a (very) heave workload injury's occur more frequently and are also alot more serious most of the time.

I found too intense Aerobic and Strength training during the season increases your injuries a lot (no matter how heavy the total workload is) For me, they only get intense Aerobic and Strength training during preseason and the winterbreak.

it's injuries in matches, not in training... anyway, i haven't changed the default schedule so i don't know what the cause may be other than somewhat weak players, a bug in the game or just generally robust challenges from the opposition

Because your players are tired, they easily get injured, not only in training but also in the match.
