To the people at The Soccer Gaming Forum,

I'm a big fan of the FIFA games. Despite that there is something from FIFA 2000 that I want in FIFA 2004. The Classic League/Mode. This is the league/mode that features teams like Brazil 1970, Italy 1982, Ajax 1970-73, Liverpool 1977-84 and many more legendary squads. Some of the greats who have played the game are featured. The black and white mode including the old-fashioned soccerball is fantastic. Brazil 1958 and Inter 1964-66 have their games played in this colour and the gameplay and speed can be very quick. This must be included because it tells youngsters about past teams, players and the way the games were televised on TV. Most of all, it's the BOMB!

Another thing that would be terrific is that you include the Argentine and Japanese leagues. Argentina is such a great soccer nation and the league is one of the best in South America. The Korean League is a bore. The Japanese League is probably the best in Asia. Great players have played there like Zico, Gary Lineker and Salvatore Schillaci. Clubs from Japan are more dominent.

In the Rest of the World mode you should always put in the Eastern European clubs like Partizan Belgrade, Spartak Moscow and Dinamo Kiev all the time. From South America put in Penarol and Nacional from Uruguay, Millonarios, Atletico Nacional and America Cali from Colombia, Colo Colo (Chile) and and Olimpia(Paraguay).

P.S Please include a Classics Mode. Don't put all the same teams and put in more than last time.

Ive thought of a great idea for fifa 2004.

Players dont just get fatigue in football games but throught the season. For example if you use the same player for 10 games straight, then his performance will go down and he wont play as good.

So in order to have a player with high performance rest him once in a while. Maybe you could have a new stats bar which says performance which is out of 10. 1 been the lowest on performance and 10 been the highest.

Also the fitness stats bar may affect the performance bar. For example the higher the fitness bar is the less chance a player has of getting fatigue. So therefore if a player has a high fitness, he wont get fatigue quickly and his performance stats bar will stay up longer!


Oh and there should be the stadium announcer before and during the matches. He could READ OUT THE PLAYERS FOR BOTH TEAMS GREETED TO CHEERS from the crowd. Also for substitutions he should say something like "SUBSTITION FOR CHELSEA, GIANFRANCO ZOLA FOR EIDUR GUDJOHNSEN" and when a goal is scored he should say something like "GOAL FOR ARSENAL, NUMBER 14 THEIRY HENRY!!!". This would add more passion and feeling to the game so PLEASE, PLEASE put this in!

I know ive posted this in other threads as well but dont u think it would be a great idea if EA included this in fifa 2004!

yeah that is a good idea but we first need players who play differently without all the bugs and with good gameplay.

u tell me why should we have the need for more leagues and players when fifa first of all do not research the players stats or the stats dont mean anything on the pitch

they should put that too but also add a franchise mode. plus if a player does good in the season then his transfer value goes up and you could sell him for more money.

I agree with the Classic Mode! SegaGT2002 Has classic cars u can unlock, i was playing an NFL game the other day with classic games, so why not have the great matches of the past few decades. Its a great idea! Maybe have a few matches to start wiht and unlock others through various modes in the game! Not only classic matches, but Classic teams! Have Brazil 1970 with Pele and old school kits and an old school ball!
