Importing stadiums

I wish to import some stadiums from fifa97/fifa98/fifawc but I would like to know how to put together *.pc files, since they're all seperated inside of the *.big/*.pog file. Since fifa99 uses one *.pc file for the whole model I would like to know how to join all of these files (keep in mind that I know a little about *.pc model editing).
