Importing real kits in PES5 pc

Why everyone says it is impossible to import real kits in pes5 pc? For example, with Graphic studio 5.9.9, i can see the shirts of licensed teams...here is a screen:

So, is it possible to insert new shirts for the unlicensed teams?

I think yes, you just have to know which file corresponds to the team!

Can I take it that this means no re-sizing the AFS? Hope not.
