Importing New Stadiums

Hi Guys,

Please excuse this noobish question, how can I import these lovley new stadiums into PES4 ?

I have downloaded AFS explorer - what do i do next ?

BTW I cant see the file you mention where is it ??

Edit Ok I found teh file but when i try to put the new files in it says 'couldnt insert file check there is enuff space reserved" ??

Any help ??
