Imported stadiums problem

Hi everyone. I have imported a stadium for every EPL team into my fifa. Whenever i play a match in the imported stadiums the game crashes at the end of the match. I can play all of the match but when i click to go back to manager mode the game crashes and the game result is lost.
Is there any way to fix this?
