Now I’ve tried all the various solutions to get the game running smooth but none work my specs are as follows:-

Nforce 2 Motherboard
512mb
ATI All-In-Wonder 9800Pro 128mb
For the life of me I can’t figure out why the came won’t run smooth my specs can easily handle it with out breaking a sweat.
I play at a resolution of 1280 x 1024 but I’ve tried all other resolutions to no avail. Using fraps I’m getting a constant frame rate of 60 at the mentioned resolution but the game feels really really choppy.
What might be nice is for people who can run the game smoothly to list their PC specs maybe to pinpoint a certain incompatibility with a device.
Coincidently I too had the same problems with Fifa 2004.
