It's when you leave it at default... It will reset to player values. Nothing new.

Everyone is saying to change them anyway cos like that... Whole formation can fail. ;)

Hey guys,

I was wondering if there anyone has some info on crosses? Whenever I come up along the wings, I double/triple tap my lofted pass button, as I think you are supposed to, but it never crosses right to the net, just to the next closest player. Am I missing something?

The only time I have seen a proper ground cross was when I triple tapped during a corner. Do you need to have pass settings on manual?

Same here man. I was playing fifa 11 on legendary and it was even too easy for me. Now playing on proffesional and games are really hard. Cpu is playing very good, and my team players aren't helping me at all. They just stare at me and look what I'm about to do, but they don't nothing. I mean they don't cut into open spaces and so on... Actually I've never been mad at game at all. But now I'm mad as hell beating by 5 goals on profesional is unbelievable for me.

As for never contain it's biggest mistake. DO CONTAIN. DO IT A LOT.

This new defending system is not that much of a deal as people make out. Never use tackle button if you're unsure if you will win ball for certain.

Jockey when AI/opponent is about to cross or out flanks to stop their movement.

Contain + teammate contain works best for me though. I use it a lot and tell you what, don't see much difference to Legacy defending here.

As AI will auto tackle when needed. You can apply pressure etc. And it's much easier to stop skill abusers that way... :P

Takes some practice, but after 1-2-3 games you can play like old style using new style :lol:

i don't have a joystick mate...i play with a keyboard...how do i ddive to save penalties with a keyboard?

if u re using a keyboard press 4,8,6,2 located in the numpad or bloq num. look in u controller setting and try to figure out by yourself.

about the defending system... for me is better the Tactical defending, is more fun and dynamic.
all u need is patince and dont rush, also call teammate is very important and tried to intercept a pass.

i know that...but when i try it , it doesn't work.
