the tool prolly has an ini or txt file built in w/ team ids in it that tells it where to look when you select a certain kit.

if ids for your teams arent in it, then it wont find them.

thats my guess, but its only a guess.
though im prolly right w/ my guess.

Actually, the program works using the original db teams table (fullnames mode) or a short name list which is a 'reduction of' (default mode) in relation with the db teamkits table. All these tables are extracted from the original db and distributed with the kit manager. The application runs in temp mode and all service folders and files are automacally deleted when you exit, so you can't see nothing.

I'm working to connect directly the kit manager at the db,
but I'm encountering more then one trouble...
I hope it will be ready soon, but I don't know when!!

From the next release, surely, it will be available a button to load tables exported from any db, with the rinaldo's db master (sure, complications will arise and dozens of questions... is not so simple to explain which tables to export with dbmaster... oh... just a couple of tables but they must be compatible... and so on!!!)

But already...

only for experts...

- browse for the kit manager application (not the link icon)
- press mouse right click button
- extract all files in the .rar exe archive to your favourite folder
- open the rinaldo's dbmaster
- extract the teams and the teamskit tables (from the same db!!!)
- put them into the created application folder (you must overwrite those
are distributed).
- run kit manager from the new exe file created in this folder...
- press the active green label on the team list box to switch selection to fullnames

Now, you shoud import kits from all teams in your edited db!

Obviously, you can't load a kit if it is not present in the related table!

Sorry for bad english...

Iard68 one little tweak you should do to the interface is that when you just imported for example Inter home kit (jersey, shorts and bumps, etc) the cursor should stay with Inter so you can select the away kit, and not moving to the bottom of the teams list, where you have to search for Inter again.

Simply delete arsenal kits files from fifa11\game\data\sceneassets\kit\kit (id. 1, away example, kit _1_1_0.rx3),
then run i68Regenerator or i68KitManager (right click, regeneration option).

a little consideration: after u import a kit for a created team, after its regenerated and the kit appear in game, is not shown by the tool. Maybe u wanna change that, as well as the fact that EVERYTIME u import sth u go back to world XI team.

I don't know why... :blush:
maybe because this files does not appears
in the zdata "filelist" that is used for the regeneration process...
Sorry, but program has not been tested for this purpose yet.
But... I posted these instructions just as a trick to allow you to do something... in advance!!! :innocent_smile_1:

I think, this is a screen resolution issue... (if necessary, report your configuration).
The program window is not scrollable (by graphic choice)
and needs more then 800 pixels width!

iard68, just an idea here.
Remember the minikit tools by MD? He use txt file with a team list, name and ID. Why don't you follow the same tactics(?). By doing so, we can simply add by our own the non-existing team name and id.

Iard68 another assumption i have is if there is a possibility to make Kit Manager to interact with the db (in order to add new kits), i think it should be advisable to have the option to set things like fonts, collar type, etc not only for added kits but also have the option to do the same with existing ones.

ps. Let´s have in mind that CM 11 will not be around for now and this should be make editing a lot whole easier.

+1 This would be stunning. ;) Would be great to have the feature to add kits, change collar, set model type, number colours.
