Would you go with PS3 or PS2? I assume the graphics would be superior with the next gener. console but more in terms of editing options, amount of teams, stadiums etc...

Are you talking about PES the games?

Well the PS3 version is the worst at the moment, but I would go for the PS3 mainly because it will get better from now on. Konami will keep gaining experience with making games for the PS3 and the PS2 will die out at some point...so go with the PS3 because the games will be much much better in the long run.

lol, yes sorry i did mean PES... but you see, if it's better with PS2 (gameplay wise etc...) then i probably would rather go with the PS2. i have the ps3 system, but if it plays better with the old gener. than i would probably unfortunately go a step backwards. i actually did that with ncaa football 08 as well.

Yeah but PS2 may be better now...that will change in time...

Eventually Konami will stop making for PS2 and will begin to focus much more on the PS3 in the future...

If you want PES2008 then get it for PS2 not PS3...IMO the PS3 version is the worst one I hear. The best is the PC version...

but be warned! I heard there is NO difference in gameplay in PES2008 and PEs6 on the PS2. On the PS2 PES2008 is just PES6 with updated rosters and kits...
