I want to use more teams in League mode!!!

In the League mode,it is based on Manager's mode,so we can only use 1 team to play League.......
But i want to choose more teams to start a League,how can i do?
For example,I want to choose Manchester United , Arsenal,Newcastle to play
a new League but not only using Newcastle to play....

Also,are there any ways to disable the maximum team limit choosen by users?
I remember that in fifa 2003 i can chose 8 teams to control in a LEAGUE....

If you mean in manager mode you can't

It may depend on the platform you are playing on, but on the PC it is possible to select up to eight teams whether you are starting a custom built tournament or one of the existing ones. For instance, I can choose the F.A. Premier League from the 'select a tournament' screen and on the next screen can select two, or more, teams before clicking on Advance. Each of the teams you chose will be user-controlled whilst the rest will be under the control of the CPU.

No, eight is the maximum possible (because there is only enough room in the data file format for up to eight 'managers')

But during the match between 2 CPU 's game in LEAGUE/TOURNMENT game,can i
choose to play the game myself instead of CPU?
for example,Arsenal and Newcastle will have a match,but those teams are controlled by CPU,can i choose to play this game myself?
I remembered that in fifa98-fifa03 i can do this,however in fifa04,i can't do this.
(I haven't play fifa05-06 before)

I'm afraid I've no idea - I've only ever played a tournament as a single team with no desire to play any of the other matches.
