If she starts to flirt with you , and if she starts giving you signs that she`s interested in getting to know you better then go for it bud, just make sure that you don`t get too emotional with her after a while. Ask her for her phone number, when she gives it to you call her after 2 days.

Then when you see her at work, ask her if she wants to go to lunch with her (ofcourse you have to pay) she`ll feel appreciated and will forget about her bf if she has one.

I`ve been going with my GF for 2/1 years now went through good and bad experienced everything at one point almost got married. I had tons of problems with her in recent weeks - I think we are growing apart each day.
