I succesfully installed cm 10 but it crashes..cant open it

I continually get this error when i try to open cm10:

Uninstall CM10, run a registry cleaner, install a BETA version of CM10, after that, install the full version of cm10.

you must install direct x web setup and dotnetfx from internet before installing
cm 10..try it n let me know if prob is solved or not.

where can i get the direct x ? i already installed service pack 3
donetfx etc and it still doesnt open
