I need help on headers and volleys

I' ve had the game for about a 8 moths and I still have dificulty with headers and and volleys.

1. Is there any way I can header a ball really hard?

2. How the hell can you do a sisscor kick or a volley on the full?

Please help

PS: No one is a better penalty kicker than me ( thanks Beckham).
