I need Boot-buying help

I am looking for a shoe that is sturdy enough to last me at least 6 months. Whenever I wear a boot for more than about 3 months the seam between the sole and the upper material (usually leather or microfiber) located around my upper heal splits and I have a huge hole in my shoe (for both feet)! As a woman I dont really like the women's shoes, there isn't a good enough selection. I was thinking about just getting copa mundials, but is there another option for a sturdy shoe? What kind of shoe should I look for: microfiber, leather, kangaroo leather, etc?? Please post suggestions. Also I am on a tight budget, I really am not looking for a shoe over 120 dollars. Thanks for the help!

I would go with Adidas Manics they are very good, they are just like Adidas manias but with leather instead of Kangaroo leather.

Yeah the only thing with the copas are just they are so damn ugly! And I am a sucker for good looking shoes lol. And as for the manics, I had them before, they split open very quickly.

I like the look of the Copa Mundial, they look allot better when they are actually on your foot, but if your looking for something else, the ones which I brought the other day are really comfy and I think they are so sexy this is my second pair of them :$ (I got the astros in black)

Its the Nike Total 90

Even the cheap version of these are well comfy

Pumas are very durable.

the Nikes are so good but i really didnt see a need to spend money on them so i have my same old Puma Kings.

Ive had bad experiences with nike boots (for soccer, anyway). I was looking into puma, but the material that they are made of is something i've never heard of, so I am a little timid to look into that. I have had bad experiences with microfiber also...it just doesn't last.

So your looking for some mouldeds.

I have always liked Adidas. I would definetly go for the Copa Mudials but I have had some very good experiences with Asics for Durability. I chucked my old pair out yesterday that I had used since I was 12 (now 18).

Why not look into Asics

I was also looking at the adidas dx-3, and the umbro shoes (not the most expensive ones, the downsized ones). has anyone ever tried them?
