For the third time during a career I have been in a game where everything is running smooth and it could be ten minutes in or an hour and ten minutes in, and then just when I have made a beautiful cross and one of my players is about to put it away via a scissors kick, the game crashes?!? Has anyone seen this before?:nape:

That is correct. However i found many other bugs using CEP 4.0 and don't use it anymore. I can only tell you that if i remember correctly CEP 3.0 or 3.1 were very steady and the game didn't crash. Now i 'm back playing the game with a few patches and stuff i installed with CM!

The crash doesn't happen when I or the oppossing team is offside, so far it has happened three times when I am performiong a scissors kick. I am glad it isn't just me and that the problem is CEP 4. It would be a pain to search high and low for the problem.(:/)

It just crashed again. This time I crossed it and the recieving player was just about to hit the ball before it hit the ground. So obviously it isn't just scissor kick and it isn't when an offside occurs but it seems the game crashes for me occasionally when a one timer occurs?!? I now I should just re-install CEP 3.1, but I am in the middle of a career here, plus I am hoping a fix for this may emerge eventually.:rolleyes:

For those having similar problems, I just wanted to pass on that after installing the 4.1 hotfix download the crashes continued. I have since re-installed CEP 3.0 and I haven't had one crash in ten games. Obviously there seems to be a problem with geometry collision in CEP 4.0 that crashes under certain circumstances. Hope this helps anyone.
