I have CC buy my friend doesnt, and wont download it. I wanna play IP to IP with him, but i want him to have my updated rosters

so which file(s) would i have to send him to have the same rosters/lineups as me?

i sent him only the fifa.db file before anyone responded to this thread and it is working fine.
