mate, talking about downloading of the net (Warez) is completly forbiddon on SG forums. Some shops may be selling it early, which is illegal on THEIR behalf, not on yours, but since you downloaded the game im afraid you cant talk about it here.

Most people know how available the things are when they are leaked. Its not exactly rocket science to find them on the net, its not exactly rocket science to realise its illegal either...I dont get how these people seem to think that coming on here and bragging about it is no big deal, its like shouting out in a public mall that you just got a 5 finger discount at the local jewellers...
Whether you do it or not is your own affair, more people than not here i would say would have done by now, hypothetically speaking... , but the key thing is to keep your damn mouth shut..

I have TCM2004 on the pre-order, and life is crap, but i really don't have the money to be buying games all the time. I bought TCM as it is the cheaper of the two though. And living in france, P&P from the UK site is £££! ¬_¬

yea, also i know ppl who d/l games just to get a sense of how they are so they know wheater(sp?) to buy them or not. sometimes the previews and news hype up the game only for it to be a letdown or something...

im not saying d/l games is right but it does make sense to check out games. on the other hand ppl that just spend time on the computer d/l free games and music and such off the net are just retarded... only my opinion though.

My point is who cares if he did it. I certainly dont and nor should anyone else, its his business if he wants to engage in illegal activity. Surely he must know the illegality of it and surely he must have known that talking about it publically was a pretty bad idea.
