Are these special moves tied to certain players?
The thing is every Pro ( and even you and me ) can do this , if not to the same degree or success as a Pro Footballer, but in the game is this move not tied to 1 Player?
All the special move should be available to every player in the game, the ones with the less skills may not be able to pull it off as well as the players with all the top stats, but I think as said, all players should have these moves, how well the moves comes off should be determined by the skill level of each player.

That's the Rabona (I think)
It can be used by players who have only one foot, so the best example always used is Recoba, so if the balls on his right side, you aim towards the goal on the D-pad, then shoot, and he should use his left, but using that method. Other players that should/could probably do it are people like Veron. But all the examples have included Recoba so im not sure? I'll definately be starting him tho if it's only he who can do it lol.

i think i did a cross wit c.ronaldo...i ran from from right to left den made a cross...not sure though...
but anybody in the game can do the shot...

in ISS3 by Konami KCET was possible to perform La Bona pass
now they implemented La Bona shot
it sux they can't just do things right, just one or another
btw. in iss3 was possible to make heel flip trick, ball juggling and one trick with catching ball between your ankles and jump over defenders legs
