well i was playing FC Bayern and i was winning 6-0 but when the match finished it said the final score was 4-0, i know its hardly any difference cos i still won but i just wanna know

btw goals were knocked out from scholes and keane and they weren't offside

Errr, yes, you haven't had the chance to update your game yet, right? That one's a known bug with the original version of CM4. Upgrade to 4.0.8 as soon as possible, to get rid of that and a lot of other bugs.
You would lose your savegame by installing 4.0.8, though.

thats a known bug but it is fixed with the updates. if you are playing WITH the updates then i dont know what to tell you.
