All I can say is FIFA is friggin superb - the best / most realistic passing system ever made on any console by any game. Period.

got out my Credit Card and ordered PES6 ...

There is NOTHING "NEXT -GEN" about 360 FIFA NOTHING!

More of the same load of BS - "FIFA has made strides" "FIFA is getting there"

F That - call me when you DO get there and then I'll purchase you - PES IS there always has been ...and I wanna love FIFA - I WANT FIFA and it's great licensing and Presentation to Surpass the stripped down - barebones PES - that survives like a LION on it's superb Gameplay and AI.

Call me when you can run with the Big Dogs FIFA until now ....stay on the porch.

I joined the darkside yesterday Now, it's up to Konami to come out with a real next gen footy game next year. Hopefully, EA should have all the teams next year, fixed the minor audio bugs and finetune gameplay, add a couple more options, which should definitely put it on top of Konami. FIFA 2007 360 may not be perfect but it sure is trying, and credit is due. Now that they have a superb engine, it's up to them. In my opinion they will be in the lead next year.

Welcome back. PES6 was worth about two games before I uninstalled it. Compared to FIFA 07 on the 360, it just isn't worth a look.

Great man. First of all, playing PES6 online is like trying to run in a swimming pool! Even the die hard PES/WE fans have been ragging the online system to death. Konami just don't know how to create an online soccer game. The PES/WE series has just basically taken a step back to PES4, pretty much most people on the forums are saying it. The passing is on rails, the shooting is as wild as can be and the game has just taken steps two years backwards. It's a shame, I spent three years editing the crap out of the series to boost what I saw as the best soccer game out there but year after year, Konami seem to take a dump on their fans and I'm tired of it. It's obvious EA worked their asses off to catch up over this last 18 months and the 360 version is the best soccer title period.

Anyway bro. Look forward to playing you online.

I started off on the darkside with Fifa International soccer. Think it was 94 or 96?? On the darkside till 2 years ago...tried PES/WE...bought WE 8,9. Loved it. Gave this 360 Fifa a try and really loved it. It's very half assed in many areas but still, weirdly, very enjoyable. One thing for sure is taht EA created a gem of an engine, absolutely superb. It's only a matter of a year or two that PES gets left behind.

I agree, PES has squandered, they have just relied to heavily on their past successes and i really think they have no clue as to where to go next, really look at what they have done in the last 4 titles, seeing how they were supposed to have the "perfect" gameplay system now they are playing with it and farking it, ball speeds, player speeds, they are getting more arcadey than ever before, but when i think about this it makes sense, the Japanese are very arcadey themselves look at their games and culture, its very other worldly, so dont expect a real football sim from them, infact i just see it getting worse, build special powers for players over season, put spells on opposing keepers, play in alien stadiums around the universe....pffffft i see it.
