Hypersnap problems!

I have the Hypersnap 4.22.01. Everytime that i try to take a snapshot in fifa (3dfx) my pc crashes. In normal mode is ok. The configuration is ok and i tried to use different combinations and still the same: freeze!
Please i need some help. Any other solutions? Any other program that can do the same without problems?
