How to unlock national teams and missing players from men/women World Cup dlc?

Hello! I would like to unlock all missing national teams from men World Cup dlc and women World Cup dlc that do not appear in vanilla game and put them to Men's/Women's national section.
There aren't any dlc nation id in RDBM 23 which is the main editor tool I use.
How am I able to do it if it is possible? Thanks!
